Abstract:
This short report presents the National Academy for Social Prescribing’s ambitious programme of work over the three years 2020-23.
Launched in 2019, the National Academy for Social Prescribing (NASP) state that their ambition is wanting people to be able to live the best life they can, aided by the continued roll-out and promotion of social prescribing. The document sets out NASP’s core values, its call for action and roadmap, and provides a brief history of social prescribing so far, highlighting some key projects and documents for further reading.
It includes a quote from Rt Hon Matt Hancock, MP, Secretary of State for Health and Social Care that mentions the role of the arts.
