Abstract:

Funded by Arts Council England this report identifies nine case studies that exemplify good practice in community-based arts and health work on Nottingham at the beginning of the twenty first century. The studies included are: Arts on Prescription, Street Dance, Women’s Friendship Group (for refugees), Access to Arts, Artists in Exile, Arts in-Reach (inpatient mental health), Art Boot Sale, Diane Arbus Learning project and Arts Outdoors.
