The Lord Howarth of Newport CBE, Co-chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Arts, Health and Wellbeing, the publication features Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, City of London Sinfonia, Manchester Camerata, Orchestras Live, Philharmonia and Sinfonia Viva and emerging practice from abroad.
