Abstract:
An essay produced as part of the Vital Signs conference in Dublin, reflecting upon five projects including patients who have had bone marrow transplants, addressing the issues of suicide and working closely with neuropathic pain sufferers. The larger programme of artistic interventions included an original fish tank made for the children’s hospital in Crumlin and singing projects in Daycare Centres.
