Abstract:
This report by NHS Scotland is based on a rapid review of literature published between 2002 and 2014 and was produced in conjunction with the Self-Management and Social Prescribing National Advisory Group. It identified systematic reviews and non-systematic reviews of social prescribing or community referral projects for adults, with a focus on mental health problems.
