Abstract:
This report summarises findings in identifying the social value ‘Start in Salford’ creates and in developing an approach to valuing impact. This three year evaluation and support programme focused on leaving a social value legacy for Start.
Start is a social enterprise supporting the emotional well being and recovery of people who are, or at risk of experiencing mental health difficulties. Service users, known as members, come to Start as their illness often leads to isolation, loneliness and depression.
